Reducing wrinkles with botulinum toxin - „BOTOX” treatment

A botulinum toxin treatment is applied for smoothing so called dynamic wrinkles formed by mimic muscles. It is an extremely efficient and predictable treatment.  The possibility of formation of wrinkles is removed by preventing muscle function temporarily. Its effect lasts for 4-6 months and afterwards the function of the treated facial muscles returns gradually to its original condition with a further advantage that we “quit” using these muscles unnecessarily or excessively during blocking them so the wrinkles formed by them stop deepening. A natural result can be achieved by applying the right technology and dosage without any fear of stopping face mimic.

What should you do after a botulinum toxin treatment?

Red spots can be seen around the injection site after 15-30 minutes immediately after injection. If possible small bruising develops, it fades within some days and make-up can be put on it on the day of the treatment.

It is expressly recommended to “exercise” the treated muscles (frown, squinting or raising your eyebrow) within 2-3 hours after the treatment.

You should not massage the area that was injected!

You should avoid lying down (e.g. sleeping) within 4 hours after the treatment!
It is not recommended to heat the treated area so you should avoid sauna, solarium or physical training!

You should avoid bend over for 48 hours!

You should avoid dental or oral surgery examination or treatment for 2 weeks after a Botox treatment.

The wrinkles near the treated area can become more distinct due to the change of tones as the function of certain muscle groups stop during a   botulinum toxin treatment.

A hyperhidrosis, más néven a hónalj területén kóros izzadása sok esetben okozhat kellemetlen pillanatokat. Orvosaink Botolinum toxint fecskendeznek vékony tűvel a bőr alá és ezzel szüntetik meg az izzadásnak a túlzott mértékét, vagy akár teljes egészében a hónalj izzadást. A kezelés fél évente megismételhető.

Az eljárás az idegvégződések blokkolásán alapszik, abból a célból, hogy az izzadást kiváltó ingerület ne indítsa be a verejtékezést. A kezelés teljes egészében biztonságos, mivel az idegvégződések és a verejtékmirigyek nem károsodnak a kezelés során, mindössze inaktívvá válnak.

Hyaluronsavas kezelés - Nasolabialis redő, ajak
A hyaluronsavat minden ember bőre alapvetően tartalmazza. A bőrszövetek feszessége, azonban az idő múlásával fellazul, ezért a fiatalos frissességéből veszít.

A kezelés során a vékony tűvel befecskendezett hyaluronsav segít megkötni a bőrben található nedvességet, hogy a bőr újra feszessé váljon. Az apró ajakráncok okozta mélyedések kisimulnak, a megereszkedett bőr visszanyeri fiatalkori formáját.

A kezelést megelőzően szakorvosunk megvizsgálja a kezelni kívánt felületet, majd körülbelül 30 perc alatt, fájdalommentesen bejuttatja a hyaluronsavat a bőr szövetébe. A kezelést követően, körülbelül fél év elteltével, frissítő kezelést ajánlunk, hogy az elért eredmény minél tovább fennmaradjon.

Medical mesotherapy (Dermapen)

During this treatment, after skin preparation (disinfection and local anesthesia) tiny injections are made on the skin surface with a device developed for this specific purpose providing maximum safety, which encourages the natural healing capabilities of the epidermis (e.g. stimulating collagen or elastin production) and at the same time a wide range of special active ingredients can be introduced deeper into the skin.
This treatment can be applied on your face, neck, décolletage or back of your hand.
It improves the skin texture, tighten the skin, removes large pores and help smooth fine wrinkles. It is recommended to have scheduled treatments every four to six weeks three to four times to ensure a lasting result.  It is recommended to repeat this treatment cycle every four to six months.

What should you do after a mesotherapy treatment?

– It is allowed to wash your face but you should not put on any makeup. The next day makeup is allowed.
– Tiny bruising can develop after the injections and it is recommended to cool the treated area.
– You will definitely note some redness after the treatment so you should not plan a program on that day where that can be a problem. The next day it will fade significantly but it will disappear within 48-72 hours.
– Some patients will experience some skin peeling for 3-4 days, which needs to be hydrated more often using the products recommended.
– It is not recommended to go swimming or use sauna or do any sweat-inducing sports activity for 4-5 days after this treatment.
– It is not recommended to use solarium or go sunbathing for three weeks after this treatment.
– Sun protection is definitely recommended for at least two weeks.

Juvederm® Volite treatment – Improving skin quality

It is a new concept among treatments using hyaluronic acid to be injected for improving skin quality.

During Volite treatment, hyaluronic acid with cross-linking is introduced into dermis on the skin surface anesthetized previously using tiny needles evenly distributed (for a lasting effect). As a result, skin hydration improves, the skin becomes firmer and more elastic and the surface wrinkles smooth. During this treatment, a complete deep hydration of the face is carried out and not only a so called classic wrinkle filling with hyaluronic acid in certain areas. The effect of this treatment changes individually, however, its effect lasts usually for 6-9 months.

What should you do after a VOLITE treatment?

– Small bruising or swellings remaining even for 24 hours can be seen or felt. No massage is necessary. It is recommended to cool the treated area.
– You can go to a physical training or to the sauna the next day.
– It is not recommended to use solarium or go sunbathing in the days after the treatment.
